Watching the waves in the water was mesmerizing in itself. The good: -Improved graphics: Graphics are definitely next generation quality with improved textures and backgrounds. They're like Yelp reviews who give restaurants 1 star for not giving them water within 2 minutes of sitting down. Nearly all of the rants are about the smallest insignificant details or they're simply asking for too much. Everything they're complaining about makes no sense and leads me to wonder how much the game they actually played thus far. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view.Īfter reading all of the negative reviews, I can sum all of them up with one simple word, WHINERS. Overall I am loving the game so far and can't wait to 100% it. The characters look great, the special fx are probably the best i've seen in a videogame, i really enjoyed the big scale moments (infamous second son is a close second). It doesn't look as good as the order but it is like 10 times bigger than the order in terms of content.

Like a movie it's best enjoyed by just letting the narrative take you on the journey rather than trying to guess the ending. Story: Although a little predictable for the more knowledgable batman fan, the majority of people will fall into the hook. The batmobile is fun to play and so far I'm enjoying the tank battles, but hopefully we see some variation later in the game. The old mechanics have been polished moving it into the new generation of gaming. Gameplay: Nothing too different from the previous Arkham games but this does it better. The game is massive, so much content I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface. The game is massive, so much content I feel The best batman game EVER!!!! I picked it up at midnight and haven't stopped playing it since. All are 9 or 10 out of 10 in my book. The best batman game EVER!!!! I picked it up at midnight and haven't stopped playing it since. To me it is between this, battlefield 3 (the MP is sooooo solid), The Witcher 2 and Skyrim. I can't find any fault with this game other than the DX11 problem, and that will be fixed, so a solid 10/10 and this game leaves me wondering what will be GOTY. But most all of the voice acting done here is awesome. The sound is awesome, including the voice acting, The Joker is especially, like last game, really good. The graphics are gorgeous beyond belief, even in DX9 it looks good, I can also run at almost max with max PhysX on my GTX460, only thing I have turned down is AA at 16x. I have had no troubles whatsoever, and the troubles I did have came from me not being used to the combat system, not because it was bad. As stated earlier this games combat is awesome, and works even better on mouse and keyboard than its predecessor.

Until that patch there are lots of goodies to play meanwhile, like Skyrim and Battlefield 3. So, if your that angered by it, wait before you buy it, or if you already bought it, don't play until the patch is out. The DX11 thing is something that they already are aware of, and they will fix it. Can't do much about GFWL and SecuRom, they don't make the game worse, they are just bad choiced to safeguard against people playing without paying. Still the story keeps me intrigued, the combat is insanely good, and the atmosphere is amazing. However, none of that really matters, a month later? Who fricking cares, yes I had some of it spoiled, but I should have kept away from the batman forums to be sure. Yes the game was a month late, yes DX11 features will slow down your game, when it should, in fact, speed it up, yes there is SecuRom, and yes its on GWFL. Yes the game was a month late, yes DX11 features will slow I can't believe people voting this a 0, but I guess there are haters everywhere.
